Quest Health Insurance provides free health coverage reviews and insurance advisory services through licensed health coverage advisors including online assessment quizzes, free 20-minute coverage review phone calls, side-by-side plan comparisons, and enrollment assistance. Our reviews are provided at no cost and with no obligation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. SMS/MMS Text Messaging Terms

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

3.1 Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages (SMS and MMS) from Quest Health Insurance at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

3.2 Types of Messages

Information provided is for educational and informational purposes. Our advisors are licensed professionals but do not provide medical advice. Coverage options, pricing, and availability vary by individual circumstances.

5. No Guarantee of Coverage

Completing a quiz or coverage review does not guarantee eligibility for any plan. All coverage is subject to the underwriting requirements of the issuing insurance carrier.
